06.14.12 JT Reply CTIA's Opposition to Application for Review re WC 10-90, WC 05-337

The Eastern Rural Telecom Association, the Independent Telephone and Telecommunications Alliance, the National Exchange Carrier Association ("NECA"), the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association ("NTCA"), the Organization for the Promotion and Advancement of Small Telecommunications Companies ("OPASTCO"), and the Western Telecommunications Alliance ("WTA") (the "Associations"), on behalf of their rate-of-return regulated rural incumbent local exchange carrier ("RLEC") members, filed a reply to the Opposition of CTIA-The Wireless Association ("CTIA’) to the Applications for Review("AFRs") submitted by NECA, NTCA, OPASTCO, WTA and several other parties on May 25, 2012.
