On July 2, 2012, the National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc (NECA), Independent Telephone and Telecommunications Alliance (ITTA), National Telecommunications Cooperative Association (NTCA), Organization for the Promotion and Advancement of Small Telecommunications Companies (OPASTCO), United States Telecom Association (USTA) and the Western Telecom Alliance (WTA) filed joint comments on data specifications for collecting study area boundaries for purposes of implementing various reforms adopted as part of the USF/ICC Transformation Order in response to the above referenced Notice.
