The NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association housing bureau, SPARGO, handles all hotel reservations for the 2018 Rural Telecom Industry Meeting & Expo.
Please make reservations within the NTCA block to receive the discounted conference room rate. If no rooms are available, please place yourself on the wait list and you will be contacted by SPARGO when rooms become available.

Most meetings will take place at the Austin Convention Center with some meetings taking place at the JW Marriott. All hotels are within a short walk to the convention center.

Minimum fare for taxi customers from the airport is $12.30, this includes a $1.00 airport surcharge. All taxis have a four-passenger maximum, excluding children 12 years old and under. All taxis accept major credit cards.
