All events require a registered attendee badge.

The registration fee includes admittance to all general sessions, concurrent sessions, roundtables, spouse session, receptions, The Coffee Stop, refreshment breaks, regional caucus breakfasts, Wednesday awards breakfast and EXPO '18 events (according to badge type.) Additional charges apply for the tours, FRS events and NTCA Rural Broadband PAC(/RTAF) events.

Registration Selections Form

Use this registration selections form to simplify the registration process between the employee performing registration duties and the attendee(s). This form does not replace online registration for RTIME.

Registration Policy

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required for all events.

NTCA requires payment at the time of registration. Registration may be paid by check, credit card or ACH option. Registrations will not be considered valid until payment is received by NTCA. Please note: to receive early-bird rates, payment must be received by Friday, January 5. If paying by credit card, please check your credit card maximums prior to paying your meeting fees. If charges do not go through prior to the early-bird deadline, the regular registration fee may be applied. NTCA accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa. If paying by check, allow extra time for NTCA to receive the check. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Change Policy

All registration changes must be submitted in writing and emailed to to meetings@ntca.org. Tickets for special events and tours are 100% nonrefundable after January 5, 2018.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to meetings@ntca.org by close of business on January 5, to receive a full refund. Cancellations made in writing and emailed between January 6 and February 7 will be charged 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made in writing and emailed after February 7, and no-shows will be charged in full. Refunds, credits and adjustments will be issued after the meeting.
