Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to meetings@ntca.org by close of business on Friday, February 9, 2018, to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made in writing between Friday, February 9 and Friday, February 23 will be charged 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations and no-shows after Friday, February 23 will be charged in full. Refunds, credits and adjustments will be issued after the meeting.
