Who we are:
NTCA is a full-service association, offering a wide array of member services, including a highly effective government affairs program; expert legal and industry representation; a broad range of educational services; a comprehensive assortment of regular and special publications and public relations programs; a well-rounded complement of national and regional meetings; and an outstanding array of employee benefits packages. These benefit plans help NTCA's member companies tailor their benefit offerings in order to more effectively recruit and retain quality employees.
NTCA's Asheville, N.C. offices manages the day-to-day administration of the association's benefit plans. The nearly 90 employees in Asheville are primarily responsible for enrolling member companies and participants into the benefit plans, processing invoices and cash receipts, paying medical and dental claims, processing retirement distributions, approving Savings Plan loans, and ensuring program compliance with regulatory requirements.
