NTCA Advocacy Committees
Identifies critical industry issues and trends and develops corresponding policies to be advocated before the Congress, the administration and certain regulatory agencies. Coordinates association grassroots activities that will assist in achieving NTCA's goals. Facilitates the exchange of state-level legislative and regulatory industry information.
Industry & Regulatory Policy Committee
Reviews developments and recommends policy affecting technological developments, industry structure and member needs in federal and state regulatory matters.
Reviews legal developments affecting members. Reports to Industry committee.
Evaluates regulatory and technical concerns ensuring adequate input to the regulatory process. Communicates wireless issues to members through publications and educational efforts. Reports to the Innovation and Technology Committee.
