Retirement & Service Award Program

NTCA recognizes employees, officers, and directors who have 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 years of service, retirees, and 25-year member systems.

These awards are given at your regional meetings held in the spring and fall; allowing more of your telco's personnel to attend and be a part of this special occasion.

Employees with 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 years of service and 25-year member systems receive a personalized plaque. Retiring employees and directors receive a silver pen mounted onto a plaque. All individuals are introduced at the banquet and noted for their accomplishments.
