Board Development Programs

NTCA's Board Development Training Program offers members timely, topical, instructor-led board education onsite, at the time and place of your choosing. The program is designed to help you equip your board with comprehensive training and information at a location that best accommodates their busy schedules.

The small group setting gives participants ample opportunity to problem-solve and master the knowledge and skills they need to fulfill their responsibilities as directors. The program offers 13 four-hour modules appropriate for a board retreat, special meeting or training event. For just $1,995 per module, plus expenses, your board can raise its level of competence in one of the following areas:
