Responsible to answer the phone and assist incoming visitors and customers in a professional manner.
Screen and direct calls; take and relay messages.
Provide information to persons who inquire on services/products.
Greet persons who enter organization and direct persons to correct destination.
Deal with general questions from the public.
Perform general administrative and clerical support to supervisors and other colleagues.
Organize and file records of office and business activity.
Review records to obtain information to respond to requests.
Possess knowledge of customer service principles and practices, administrative and clerical procedures, phone systems, computers and relevant software applications.
