Job Description:

NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association is looking for a skilled customer service specialist to join our outstanding team. Our customer service team responds to and provides resolution to inquiries about NTCA's benefit programs. Candidate must be able to deliver exceptional service to NTCA member companies and benefit plan participants through timely and courteous resolution to inquiries via phone, electronic or written communication.

Excellent customer service skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and internet browsers. Knowledge of employee benefits plans is a plus. Must have ability to work multiple work schedules Monday -Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 8 p.m.
