Coordinates organization’s safety program by ensuring implementation of safety policies and procedures. Monitors state and federal safety compliance laws and regulations and assures company compliance. Oversees the Commercial Driver’s License training program. Leads accident/incident investigations, including processing and filing of appropriate paperwork. Coordinates all safety training activities. Conducts inspections of company vehicles, equipment and work sites (on and off premise) to ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations. Documents safety violations and makes recommendations to supervisors and/or managers for corrective action.
