TeleSphere, a Missoula, Montana based software development company, is seeking a General Manager to provide decisive leadership for new company growth. TeleSphere (www.telespheresoftware.com) is a subsidiary of Blackfoot Telecommunications Group. Reporting to Blackfoot’s CEO, the GM responsibilities include overall strategic direction, leadership, management, and operations of the software development process, marketing, sales, and customer service. Ideal candidate shall have outstanding interpersonal and visionary leadership, foster team work, have strategic planning experience, and have a track record of executing business decisions that reach financial goals and objectives. Ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of progressive and successful management roles in the software development industry, with some experience in the telecommunication industry preferred. Must have a BS/BA in information systems, business or related field, and MBA is preferred.
