Trade association seeks individual to contribute to the Policy Division. Will perform a variety of administrative duties requiring knowledge of legal, regulatory, and other business documents and terminology. Communicates with FCC and other agency staff and assists in the final preparation and submission of association filings.
Understanding and working knowledge of legal documents and terminology or specific knowledge of the FCC.. Basic knowledge of telecommunications industry and organizational budget management. Word processing, spreadsheet and data base software experience is essential. Requires independent judgment and initiative; good interpersonal, communications skills; ability to manage a variety of tasks concurrently; and strong organization, and clerical skills. Practical knowledge, skills & abilities usually acquired through an undergraduate degree or a minimum of 4-6 years of related work experience.
