Executive Administrative Assistant
Hiawatha Communications Inc., a locally-owned and operated telecommunications/broadband company located in Munising, MI is accepting resumes from qualified candidates for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant.
Job duties are varied and will include a number of tasks related to providing executive administrative support to the President and CEO and coordinating and assisting with all Shareholder and Board of Director activities. This position will perform duties of a highly confidential nature that will require a broad and comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s operations.
The ideal candidate would possess 3+ years of executive level administration experience. Candidate must have strong organizational skills, the ability to pay close attention to detail, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize projects and demands as well as effectively work independently and as part of a team. Experience with general office equipment and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Familiarity in event planning and making travel arrangements a plus.
