Customer Service/Sales Specialist
WTC, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service/Sales Specialist to join our team in the Wamego, Kansas office. The Customer Service/Sales Specialist is responsible for providing and maintaining superior, effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of Company’s products and services. This person is responsible for building customer relationships and determining the customer’s needs either in person or over the phone by listening, asking questions, responding to customer inquiries, and clarifying and explaining Company’s products, features, and services. The Customer Service/Sales Specialist provides tech support as well as resolving problems, trouble-shooting potential problems, processing orders, moves, disconnects, changes to existing services, and working as a team member. This individual must also be able to plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers, and to develop clear and effective written proposals. Candidate must display a positive attitude while projecting a personable, professional, friendly image at all times.
Applicant must be a self starter, proficient in various computer software programs, and able to handle difficult situations independently while remaining calm and patient under pressure. High school diploma or GED required, with previous customer service, sales or telecommunications experience preferred.
