Continuing Legal Education
NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association offers continuing legal education hours (CLE) for its annual Legal Seminar. Upon request from seminar registrants, an application for CLE program accreditation is submitted to the appropriate state bar. When a state bar grants CLE accreditation for the course, NTCA posts the information in the approriate state record, verifies attorney attendance, and issues certificates of attendance. To view MCLE credit hour history and to determine whether an application is pending and/or approved for the current year legal seminar, click on the appropriate state below this message
Attorneys who desire CLE credits for courses other than the Legal Seminar should request accreditation directly from their state bars.
Questions regarding CLE credit hours should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Hours
NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. Participants in these courses must complete, sign and return affidavits of attendance-without exception-to an NTCA staff member at the conclusion of each event. Upon verification of attendance, NTCA sends to the attendee an electronic copy of the official certificate of attendance.
