Excellence in Leadership (EIL) Certificates

The Education Department recognizes managers, directors and employees with outstanding records of participation in NTCA's seminars and conferences. Members who attend nine or more NTCA seminars or conferences in any three consecutive calendar years are recognized with a personalized EIL certificate listing these educational programs. First time certificate recipients also receive a walnut wood plaque to display their certificate. Excellence in Leadership certificates are issued each December. Additional walnut certificate display plaques for subsequent certificates may be ordered through the NTCA Merchandise Mart.
