Under the terms of a license agreement with Telcordia, NTCA has a limited right to create or update common language location identification (CLLI) codes for NTCA member companies with less than 50,000 access lines. NTCA also can process CLLI requests for affiliates of NTCA members, if the affiliate is under the member's direct control.
