On Tuesday, September 6, 2011, the undersigned, on behalf of the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association, together with Steve Pastorkovich from the Organization for the Promotion and Advancement of Small Telecommunications Companies, Gerry Duffy on behalf of the Western Telecommunications Alliance, Mark Gailey from Totah Communications, Jeff Dupree of the National Exchange Carrier Association, Roger Nishi from Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom, and Larry Thompson from Vantage Point Solutions (collectively, the "Rural Representatives") spoke via telephone with Carol Mattey, Steve Rosenberg, Gary Seigel, and Amy Bender of the Wireline Competition Bureau to answer questions related to different components of the universal service fund ("USF") and intercarrier compensation ("ICC") reform proposals submitted by the rural associations (the "RLEC Plan") in the following proceedings.
