On August 23, 2012, Erin Boone, Senior Corporate Counsel, Federal Regulatory Affairs, Level 3 Communications, LLC; Karen Reidy, Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, COMPTEL; Greg Rogers, Deputy General Counsel, Bandwidth.com, Inc.; Mike Romano, Senior Vice President of Policy, NTCA; and Justin Faulb and James C. Falvey of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC ("ILEC/CLEC Participants" or "Participants"), met with Julie Veach, Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau, and Claude Aiken, Randy Clarke, Bill Dever, Victoria Goldberg, Marilyn Jones, Rhonda Lien, Deena Shetler, Ann Stevens, John Visclosky, and Sanford Williams of the Wireline Competition Bureau. During the meeting, the ILEC/CLEC Participants discussed their procedural and substantive concerns regarding the many voice over Internet protocol ("VoIP") provider ("Petitioners") petitions for limited waiver of Section 52.15(g)(2)(i) to obtain direct access to number resources in reference to the above proceedings..
