Compensation & Benefits Survey

The NTCA Compensation & Benefits Survey is a comprehensive annual report that provides detailed information about small telcos' wages and benefits, broken down by access lines, revenues, regions, employee counts, years in position and lines of business. More than 80 job positions are surveyed each year.

Each January, a link to the online survey is emailed to member and nonmember rural telcos across the country, asking that each participate. An order form for the published report is included at the end of the online survey. Those who participate in the survey receive a discount on the published report, which is released in early June. At that time, all telco orders for the report are filled and, for confidentiality purposes, are mailed to the attention of the general manager.
