Education is the Key

Become a certificated key employee within your telco by registering for the Key Employee Certificate (KEC). This three-year, 20-credit program helps telco employees gain an understanding of the telecommunications industry, develop management and leadership skills, and network with other telco professionals.

How it Works?

The KEC program is held in the fall and allows participants to earn six credits each year. The two remaining credits can be earned by attending at least two of the following NTCA conferences: PR & Marketing Conference, Finance & Accounting Conference and HR Conference. Credits can also be earned by enrolling in online KEC courses.

Continue Earning Credits

For participants who have already earned credits, this is your opportunity to continue and near completion of the KEC program. Gain the knowledge you need to maximize your skills and understanding of telco leadership and management.

Who Should Attend?
  • Division or department vice presidents, directors, managers, supervisors or team leaders.
  • Positions that:
»» Update and report on a division’s status.
