Wendy Mann, Director, Communications

Wendy Mann CAE, is director of communications for the National Telecommunications Cooperative Association. In this role, she oversees advocacy communications, marketing, publications and community development. Ms. Mann interfaces with rural telecom leaders to identify opportunities for new information, resources, products and initiatives that support NTCA's mission to advance communications services to rural America by ensuring the viability and vitality of our members. She has a bachelor degree in communications from St. Bonaventure University and earned her Certified Association Executive Designation in 1991.
