The Resolutions Committee meeting was called to order by Chairman Douglas Svendsen. An election for officers was held with Douglas Svendsen re-elected chairman and Quentin Greenley re-elected vice chairman. Government Affairs Committee Chairman David Crothers presented that committee's resolutions (#I. through XIII.).

The Resolutions Committee decided to look at the resolutions as a package. It adopted and sent the following resolutions as a package to the 48th Business Session for approval by the voting members.
