Ten, 30-minute presentation slots are available on Tuesday, February 27, from 7:00 to 7:30 a.m., for 2018 paid exhibitors only.

Each 30-minute session is $500.

The fee includes a meeting room for up to 50 attendees, standing podium and wired microphone. There is also the option of adding morning refreshments for guests. The exhibiting company is responsible for all food and beverage costs.

Session descriptions will be on the RTIME app, which will be available to all meeting attendees. The presentation slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To participate, please purchase a presentation through the exhibitor portal. You will receive an email confirmation of your room assignment by Friday, December 8.
