prior approval.
If you were logged into the NTCA website and have reached this page, our membership records
need to be updated to reflect that you meet the two criteria required by the Federal Election
Commission (FEC). They are:
- Prior Approval
One approval is needed per company, and companies can provide up to 5 years of approval at one time. Providing approval does not obligate anyone at your company to donate.
• View a list of companies that have provided prior approval.
• If your company is not listed and would like to participate with the PAC, complete the prior approval form.
- Solicitable Class
The FEC’s definition of solicitable class includes executive and administrative personnel who are paid on a salary basis and have policymaking, managerial, professional or supervisory responsibilities and members of a board of directors who receive regular compensation.
