By submitting your story and any accompanying photos, videos and information on behalf of your company, you grant NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association the right to your submitted content. It is understood that photos and videos will remain in the possession of NTCA in an online file for communications, marketing and promotional purposes by NTCA.
You attest that the photos, videos and information submitted to NTCA are solely owned by the company indicated in the submission form and not acquired or purchased from a third party or professional stock photo/video/audio library.
You attest that you have the authority to grant permission to NTCA to use these photos, videos and information and that you will indemnify and hold NTCA harmless for any claims that may result from their use.
