Personnel Registration
- Each 10x10 booth space includes a minimum of two full conference registrations. This gives exhibiting personnel full conference access.
- To register exhibiting personnel, login to the exhibitors portal in the Member Central self-service area. You must be registered with NTCA as a company administrator to register your personnel. You may purchase additional personnel registrations at a discounted rate.
Booth Furnishings, Shipping and Pricing
- NTCA has contracted with Freeman to provide exhibitor services at the IP Vision Conference.
- While the exhibit hall is carpeted, there is an option to order additional carpet and furnishings for your booth.
- Carpet and furnishings are not included in your booth purchase.
- Use the Freeman expo kit for all additional needs, including shipping, electricity and internet connections.

Hotel
For conference savings and convenience, make your hotel reservations online within the NTCA room block. Hotel cutoff: March 12.
Things to Do
Make New Orleans your networking destination to generate leads. The conference takes place a few blocks from the French Quarter, so there's plenty to see and do.
