*The conference registration fee includes: admission to all sessions, seminars and workshops (preconference sessions are available at an additional fee), two receptions, The Coffee Stop, Breakfast and Luncheon. If you will need additional accommodations to fully participate in this meeting, please indicate this on your registration form.  

Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive price rate, payment must be received by the cutoff date listed for that rate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Cancellations submitted by close of business on May 18, 2018, will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between start of business on May 19, and close of business on July 9, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after close of business on July 9, and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
