All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive the early-bird or regular price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
*The conference fee includes admittance to general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, breakfasts, breaks, lunch on Monday, and receptions.
Cancellation, Refund and Change Policy
All cancellations and changes must be in writing and emailed to email@example.com. Refunds, credits and adjustments will be issued after the meeting.
- Cancellations received by close of business on September 13, 2019, will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received between after close of business September 13, 2019, and close of business on September 29, 2019, will be charged 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations submitted after start of business on September 30, 2019, and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
