Registration Information

*The conference fee includes admittance to general, concurrent sessions, breakfasts, and networking lunch and receptions. 

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.  Badges are required to attend all conference events. 

Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment.  To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Change Policy

All registration changes including cancellations must be submitted via email to meetings@ntca.org.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations submitted by close of business on July 12, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between after close of business on July 12, 2019 and close of business on July 26, 2019 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after close of business on July 26, 2019 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
