Registration Information
*The conference fee includes admittance to general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, the spouse session, the Super Bowl Party, Networking Lounge, Excellence Awards Ceremony (includes breakfast buffet), and Expo at RTIME. Additional charges apply for tours and special events by the Foundation for Rural Service and NTCA Rural Broadband PAC/RTAF.
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected].
Cancellations submitted by close of business on December 6 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations submitted between start of business on December 7 and January 4, 2019 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations submitted after start of business on January 5, 2019 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
**Tickets for special events and tours are nonrefundable after January 4, 2019.
