Registration Information

*The conference fee includes admittance to all sessions, Telco Executive Retirement Planning Seminar**, Welcome Reception, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, March 12.  To register at the team rate, at least one qualified registration at the regular rate must be made at your telco. 

**Registration is now closed. The seminar is full. Registration is required to attend the Telco Executive Retirement Planning Seminar.  To attend, you must register by January 31, for NTCA to create personalized retirement planning materials for attendees. All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.  Badges are required to attend all conference events. 

Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment.  To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to meetings@ntca.org. To receive a full refund, submit cancellation by close of business on January 25, 2019. To receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee, submit cancellation between January 26, 2019, and close of business on February 8,2019. Cancellations submitted after close of business on February 8, 2019, and unclaimed registrations during the conference are not eligible for a refund. Refunds, credits and adjustments will be issued after the event.
