The conference fee includes admittance to all sessions, Welcome Reception, breakfast, breaks and Debriefing Happy Hour.
The Welcome Reception Ticket Only fee is for guests of registered attendees who would like to attend the Welcome Reception. The fee includes admittance to the Welcome Reception.
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
All registration changes must be submitted via email to email@example.com.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations submitted by close of business on March 6 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between start of business on March 7 and close of business on March 20 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on March 21 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
