Extend the value of the conference to your whole team. The sessions deliver engaging content and applicable business strategies to grow your telco. When you purchase the Best Value Package, you get access to all of the 2020 RTIME sessions on the Live Learning Center so you can share them with your team.
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
The conference fee includes admittance to the general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, Networking Central, Excellence Awards ceremony (includes breakfast), and EXPO at RTIME. Additional charges apply for special events by the Foundation for Rural Service and NTCA Rural Broadband PAC/RTAF.
The guest conference fee includes admittance to general sessions, spouse session, Welcome Reception, Excellence Awards ceremony (includes breakfast), Networking Central and EXPO.

Cancellation, Refund and Change Policy
All cancellations and changes must be in writing and emailed to email@example.com.
Cancellations submitted by December 20, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between December 21 and January 17, 2020 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after January 18 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
Special Events and Tours Cancellation
Register for special events and tours when you register for the meeting. Cancellations submitted by December 20, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after December 20, 2019 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
