Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via emailed to [email protected]. Cancellations submitted by close of business on Monday, May 23 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between start of business on Tuesday, May 24 and close of business on Monday, June 20 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on Tuesday, June 21 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.

A management tool is available for you to use to gather information from staff planning to attend NTCA 2022 Summer Symposium.

Download the Summer Symposium Registration Selections form and distribute to the staff you need to register for the conference. Once filled in, you will have all the necessary information to proceed with the registration process on the NTCA website.

What is Included in Registration?

Member and nonmember registration includes access to conference events, including all general and concurrent sessions, receptions, awards luncheon, roundtables, entertainment and networking events.

Guest registration may be purchased to accompany a primary member or nonmember registration and includes access to all sessions, receptions, awards luncheon, entertainment and networking events.

Additional charges apply for special events.
