Registration Policy
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all in-person conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
What is included in conference registration?
Member and nonmember registration includes access to on-site conference events including all sessions, receptions, roundtables, breakfasts, luncheon, and networking events.
Best-Value Package includes a full on-site registration and access to recordings of all breakout sessions following the conference.
Spouse registration may be purchased for a spouse, partner, or significant other of a primary registrant, and must accompany a primary member or nonmember registration. Spouse registration includes access to the two receptions and any general sessions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Cancellations submitted by close of business on May 28, 2024 will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between start of business on May 29 and close of business on June 24 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on June 25 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund. Conference registration fees are not transferable and cannot be used to cover the cost of other NTCA events.

This event is open to all attendees and benefits the NTCA Rural Broadband PAC’s administrative fund (the Rural Telecommunications Administrative Fund or RTAF) and NTCA advocacy efforts. RTAF may accept both company and individual contributions.
