Job Description

Three River Telco, located in Lynch, Nebraska, is seeking an Accounting Manager to manage the telco’s accounting reports and records.  This position will maintain the telco’s general ledger and financial statements as well as assist in the development of budgets and financial reports.  The Accounting Manager prepares required regulatory reports; prepares, analyzes and reviews payroll and accounts payable; and oversees invoicing of members and non-members.  The position reports to the General Manager of Three River Telco and supervises other telco accounting staff.

 

A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 2-3 years experience in accounting in the telecommunications industry is desired.   Successful candidates must have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, strong communications skills, and the ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple work assignments.  Working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office products are required.
