Customer Service and Provisioning Supervisor
3 Rivers Communications is looking for a Customer Service and Provisioning Supervisor with potential for advancement.
A combination of 5 years of telecommunications supervisory experience and/or education will be considered along with the ability to communicate effectively, focus on details, perform work with critical accuracy, and lead a technically advanced customer focused team.
Job duties would include:
• Coach and mentor staff
• Assure effective and timely service order flow and service order programming
• Oversee efficiency and effectiveness of the customer help desk for voice, internet and TV support
• Liaison between the help desk staff and internal and external technical support tiers
• Provide support for customer service provisioning and billing functions
• A basic knowledge of E911 data routing would be desirable
