Consolidated Telephone Company (CTC), a local telecommunications company based in Brainerd, Minnesota has an immediate opening for a Dispatch Coordinator.

With a 67 year history in the Brainerd Lakes area and surrounding communities, CTC provides telephone, internet and TV services to residents and businesses. The Dispatch Coordinator will act as a communication point between the technicians, sales, and customer service teams. This position will prepare and dispatch daily work schedules for technicians and engineering technicians according to service orders and trouble calls. While working closely with other departments, this position ensures that all repairs and related services have been completed and actively monitors queues to efficiently distribute orders to technicians, based on availability.

The ideal candidate will have a background in telephone industry systems and possess excellent communication skills, solid organizational savvy, and a detail-oriented mindset.
