HTC is seeking a self motivated Marketing Analyst II.
Develops complex marketing analyses for projecting subscriber acquisition, campaign results projections, and line of business forecasting. Provides analytical insight and support associated with marketing and media performance. Responsible for the achievement of corporate subscriber acquisition objectives, goals, and initiatives set forth by management of the Cooperative. Utilizes analytical software to generate reports that support marketing analysis, including (and not limited to): ESRI or related GIS products, PeopleSoft, Business Objects, Google Analytics and the Microsoft product suite. Develops and executes regular reporting and dashboard KPIs for Marketing Team. Researches methods and best practices for establishing marketing automation programs (physical and digital) for regularly scheduled customer acquisition and member communication programs. Recommends internal data and security requirements and evaluates third party vendors. Implements measures to improve cost savings, time efficiencies, and best use of HTC resources. Assists in maintaining the Cooperative’s membership activities including events and the Annual Meeting. Performs other duties as assigned in order to meet the overall objectives of the department. Assists in other areas of the Marketing and Strategic Initiatives Department as needed.
