Job Description

Job Summary
Responsible for managing assigned products and services (Internet, TV, Security, Wireless, Business) throughout product life cycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
Essential Job Functions
Research and Analysis
• Research and analyze market conditions
• Identify key competitor and consumer trends
• Articulate market requirements and opportunities
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements
Product Planning and Management
• Determine product specifications
• Define long-term product strategy and create product road map
• Prepare Market Requirement Documents and use cases to drive product activity
• Develop pricing strategies and product policies
• Maintain product forecast, margin management and p&l ownership
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Lead product development
• Lead, manage and communicate with cross functional teams
Product Marketing
• Develop product marketing plan and campaigns to generate awareness and demand
• Plan product launch
• Liaise with Marketing to promote product
• Support sales with needed product knowledge and technical expertise
• Develop sales tools and training material
• Provide input for collateral development
• Supply sales with latest research and marketing information
• Implement marketing plan
• Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability
Customer and End-User Support
• Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users
• Coordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback
• Monitor product inventory, demand and cost/margin
• Use market feedback to guide life-cycle development/improvements

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance - MBA preferred
• 7+ years Product Management experience, ideally in telecom services
• Entrepreneurial spirit
