The premier Internet provider in the Des Moines area is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. Mi-Fiber is building a brand new fiber optic network, and we need you to promote and sell our services. We pride ourselves in providing the best speeds available, along with superior customer service and support.
As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding sales on our entire product line, growing the customer base, and building relationships with developers and builders for future opportunities. This is accomplished by maintaining a high level of support for customers to ensure their needs are satisfied. You will generate sales leads through cold calls, customer premise visits, personal networking, and the effective use of company resources. Other duties include making product demonstrations, representing Mi-Fiber at industry and community events, and additional duties as assigned.
The Sales Representative must be a skilled communicator, driven to proactively pursue new sources of revenue for Mi-Fiber. Other requirements include the ability to understand and sell all company products, organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, and communicate with customers, employees, and various business contacts in a professional, positive, and courteous manner. The Sales Representative must live in the Des Moines area. High school diploma or GED required and degree, training and/or experience in related field preferred. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required. The Sales Representative will be an employee of our parent company, GRM Networks, but will be based in Urbandale and focus on Mi-Fiber sales and service.
