Consolidated Telephone Company (CTC), a local telecommunications company based in Brainerd, Minnesota has an immediate opening for a temp-to-hire Service Assurance Technician.

With a 67 year history in the Brainerd Lakes area and surrounding communities, CTC provides telephone, internet and TV services to residents and businesses. CTC is known for providing exceptional service and technology solutions to its members while maintaining a reputation as one of the best employers in the area

The primary responsibility of the Service Assurance Technician is to answer calls from CTC customers that are experiencing trouble with voice, data, or video service and then provide assistance and solutions. They also assist CTC customers with “after-hours” repair calls; evaluate the situation, and dispatch on-call personnel when applicable. This position requires exceptional customer service skills with the ability to translate complex information to customers simply and efficiently. This position would work Monday-Friday from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications with 2+ years working in a customer troubleshooting position while having a working knowledge of telephone, video, and data services.
