As a key member of the management team with 5 direct reports, you will be responsible for the planning, oversite, and project management (on time & w/in budget) of all OSP construction, installation, and network/central office related activities/projects including:
·Participation in developing a strategy for regulated and non-regulated deliverables, incorporating industry trends and customer needs.
·Oversite of our work order / trouble ticket system to ensure daily operational issues/requests and escalation situations are addressed within expected service level commitments.
· Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence by managing repair/install cycle times, ensuring contractor deliverables, and securing necessary permits and easements for crossings and right-of-ways.
·Resolve operational issues in a multidisciplinary routing and switched infrastructure.
· Maintain the plant records system.

·You will possess significant experience gained in telecom, broadband, or IT management.
·You will be a highly proficient leader, capable of leading by example, driving employee accountability; with a bias to get stuff done.
·You enjoy critical thinking to solve both strategic and tactical challenges on a daily basis and make sound decisions.
·You’re technically fluent to conceptualize and evaluate broadband/telephony architecture, trade-offs and new opportunities.
