On Thursday, February 20, 2014, NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association (NTCA) submitted a letter to the FCC referencing the above-captioned proceedings and proposed recommendations regarding certain of the Commission’s conclusions articulated therein regarding “service-based experiments” and workshops.
