On December 11, 2019, Mike Romano met with Travis Litman, senior legal advisor, wireline and public safety, for Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel to discuss the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund Auction. NTCA expressed concerns with the current weighting proposals for the RDOF auction and offered comments to ensure the auction will promote a reasonable comparability and urged the Commission to ensure greater accountability in the use of RDOF distributions.
