On December 17, 2018, NTCA filed an Ex Parte letter to FCC responding to comments filed by the Wireless Internet Service Providers Associations (WISPA) on December 5, 2018. NTCA's comments highlighted agreements with WISPA on ETC designations and further clarified NTCA's stance on other aspects of the CAF Phase II auction.
