On July 31, 2019, NTCA member Don Jackson of Tri County Telephone, and Josh Seidemann, NTCA Vice President of Policy met with the FCC Wireline Competition Bureau to discuss performance measurement testing. Tri County Telephone detailed the process they use to test their network and noted that numerous staff and labor hours beyond data collection and reporting will be necessary as providers comply with the performance measurement requirements.
